I'm not all that keen on poinsettias but I do feel it isn't Christmas unless I have one. I saw this in a local grocery store and it was a small one in a four inch pot. Just right for me.
Both the Bromeliad and the Amaryllis were purchased at another grocery store. I really should plant the Amaryllis. I bought these as a gift to me.
All in red for the season., Amaryllis are stunning.
ReplyDeleteAmaryllis is my favourite, and the poinsettia belongs to Christmas but is only "ok", not lovely. I also want some hyacinths for their lovely smell.

ReplyDeleteI like poinsettia's but once Christmas is over I'm done with them and really wish they would cooperate and die because I can't bring myself to throw a living thing out. Amaryllis are more my style!
