Quilt show - Part two

And now, carrying on...

Just a few of the minis that were on display.

I loved this. It was so much fun. There was a pattern years ago that was mini vests. I always wanted it but never found it.

Teeny tiny buttons.

What a wonderful little shirt. I didn't know Hawaiian prints came that small.

Little flip flop buttons on the lower left to add interest. Too cute.

What a great quilt for a special little girl.

This is by a Canadian designer. There are several patterns and most depict scenes from Ontario.

Killbear is a provincial park.

Another great Hawaiian quilt.

I love flamingos. They are my favourite bird.

There were so many full sized quilts. Some were huge king size quilts.

Black and white - with a bit of red.

Judy and I studied this for a while.

It's a great way to use up those odd blocks that you got in a swap.

This one just seemed to glow.

Well, I think that's it for today. I shall post the rest tomorrow. We've got a rainy day and I need to get some quilting done.

  1. Walk in the Woods, and Bevel, they are my favourites today. What wonderful work and talent in each one

  2. The Hawaiian Quilts are always awesome! If I had to pick one for myself though, it would be "Walk in the Woods". It so inviting, draws me in. Beautiful! Did you have a quilt hung in this show, Dolores?

  5. Great show. There must be a huge number of quilters to fill all the quilt shows, and even more quilters come to see the show.
