Quilt show - Part three

Well, the day got away from me. I have been busy quilting, trying to finish up the one that's on the frame.
Now, on to the last of the quilts from the show.

I really like the setting for this four-patch. As you can see, it's a big quilt.

Green and gray - a wonderful combination.

There were several hand quilted quilts at the show.

There was even one whole cloth quilt.

Wonderful.

I loved the quilting in the outer corners. Quite different than cross hatching.

A little close-up of the hand quilting...

and applique.

Judy pointed this quilt out.

Please ignore the feet. It almost looks like the quilt grew feet.

Here's the other corner. What a wonderful way to make the corners stand out and fit the bed.

Another big quilt.

What a fun quilt.

And the last one...

I hope you all enjoyed the show.

  1. So many pretty ones again. I loved the first one, and I always loved pink and soft green together like in the one with special corners.

  2. Feel like I was there, thank you! I think the clematis hand appliquéd and hand quilted is my favorite. Anything done by hand always gets my attention. It's the most pure and traditional way of making a quilt. It honors our ancestors!
