A little progress

Only two more rows of blocks left to quilt.

All the pieces and rows have been sewn together and it is now a quilt top. I suppose I could put a border or two on it and it could be used for a singe bed but I have not yet decided if that's what I want to do. It's hanging on a hanger in a closet at the moment, waiting to be quilted. I'm glad I decided to make it. The fabrics are totally from my stash using scraps and some fat quarters.

    I really like what I guess is a sixteen patch? All sewn together it looks it looks interesting and classic.

    It looks amazing to me. I'm just starting out and I really have no idea what I plan to do. But I'll have a go. When I feel brave enough.

    Oh my your blue and brown quilt is stunning! How are you going to quilt it? Yes I know by hand, but are you going to use a specific pattern?

    I love both those quilts - and I love your hand stitching. Nothing as soft as a hand-quilted quilt!!!
