I am now on the second ball of yarn with this cowl. It really is a pleasure to work with this yarn because it's so soft.
There have been several turns taken on the quilt.
And these are the beginnings of little boy pajamas. This is the only project that I will be concentrating on today to finish up. I have quite a bit of flannel that I want to use up and pjs for a little boy seems like a good way to do that.
I am linking up once again to The Needle and Thread Network and also with Esther's blog.
Have a great rest of the week.
That quilt is going to be beautiful. I like the soft color of that alpaca, too.
ReplyDeleteLovely quilt. Love the colours. Cute pj's.
ReplyDeleteGreat projects! The little pjs are going to be so cute.
ReplyDeleteLovely projects. I enjoyed the wintery photo - we used to live in a scene like that. )
ReplyDeleteIsn't it great to have more than one project on the go--then we can flit from one to the other! The snowy road looks just like the one I live on in rural Quebec. Is the wool something you buy online?
ReplyDeleteYour cowl will be lovely and so will your quilt ! Great idea to make pjs , very little boy can use more . Have fun:-)
ReplyDeleteNice projects for a wintery day with options!
ReplyDeleteI really wanted to take the workshop at the quilt shop to learn how to make pajama pants but I just couldn't afford it.
ReplyDeleteI like to mix up my crafts between knitting, crocheting, and sewing. Nice to see others hop along who do the same.
Seeing your flannel reminds me that my boys are likely soon to be clamoring for new jammie bottoms. My boys, however, are 6'5' and 6'8" so I will need a bit more fabric than you're using!
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting to make that quilt too. I have never made a good fitting pair of flannel pants. Don't know why but they always pull at the waist.

The pajamas are an adorable project. The quilt is really coming along and will be striking. The cowl looks like it will be comfortable and warm, as well as stylish.
ReplyDeleteThat's a pretty quilt - I really love the colors in it.
ReplyDeleteI also love your quilt, it's stunning! I just bought a cowl on sale, love it, but yours is going to be a softer and warmer treasure. So multi-talented!
ReplyDeleteYour quilt design looks really interesting. I'd love to see a large view of it - maybe when it comes off the frame.
ReplyDeleteI love your quilt, I'm all in for turquoise colors these days - clever pattern too :)
ReplyDeleteA fellow Canadian that likes to knit and quilt, my kinda gal!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, the quilt looks sooo complicated! I love it.
