Tuesday Treat

Earlier this year, I made a baby quilt with different teddy bears for my newest grandson, Patric.

Apparently, he likes it and looks at the different colours and shapes. Perhaps I should make a tactile one with different fabrics - fuzzy, thick, rough, smooth, slippery, etc. It's an idea.

  1. You could make him a tactile book with those materials, soft and washable.
Lovely picture of him and the bears!

  2. What a sweet picture. I wonder if one of the bears is his favorite.

  3. Adorable baby AND quilt! I've often thought, if and when I might be lucky enough to have a grandbaby, that I would like to make an 'I-Spy' quilt. It would be a life's work to collect all the different interesting bits necessary though and I certainly don't have room to store all the leftover fabrics. Noble thought, but I don't think it's doable. Might adopt your idea of something tactile!

  5. Good Morning Delores! It's been a long time. Since I moved my blog from Lavenderridge. Just caught up on your blog. So many bloggers quit but I see that you are still going strong. Your wee socks caught my eye. Are you taking in the Creative Festival?
