Diversion Part 2

A fellow blogger, Kay, had a tutorial for what she called a Potato Chip quilt. It was an interesting concept and so I decided to try it out. As stated in my previous post, it needed 38 strips but I got carried away and cut 39. The interesting part about the whole process is that you don't know how it's going to end up looking.

I started sewing these strips together last night and now it's all done and ironed. It measures 57" X 64".
Out of my head and now, on to other things.

  2. I thought about adding wider accent pieces too but didn't have enough of that green fabric. Yours looks great.

  6. Hi Dolores, just caught up with your last few posts. I had intended on visiting yesterday but our internet was down from 3 pm. to the middle of the night...I was lost! lol You certainly have been busy with making all these wonderful projects and I can't believe how fast you can get a quilt together!! I LOVE that baby quilt you showed in another post, what a difference it makes when you quilt a panel. Beautiful! xoxo
