Hats, hats, even more baby hats

I am trying to use up some yarn by making little baby newborn hats.

There are so many free patterns on the internet and I like the variety of hats. They are all different sizes because newborns are all different sizes. These will all be donated to the hospital where my little grandsons were born. My daughter said I should make more of the hats to fit bigger heads. I like variety and so I will be be knitting the hats in different sizes.

I am linking up with the Needle and Thread Network. Pop on over to see what other creations are being made.

  2. They will be appreciated by the new Mums and Dads. I saw some very cute baby socks at a Market the other day, you forget how small they can be.

    Happy days.

  7. congratulations Dolores on being a Gramma to that darling wee boy Patrik. You must have had a wonderful time being with the two boys....both are so adorable.. Sounds like the new baby is very good...
Love the little hats.. Must be something that is catching because some of our quilters are knitting some for the preemies at the hospital and I just downloaded a pattern from Ravelry to do some..
Always something around to put our time to.
