Computer Dead

This time for sure. Before, we switched to Safari and the computer worked - sort of. It would freeze and sometimes just shut down but now it just would not open and stay opened. I am using my daughter's laptop and will try to use the library but I don't know how long it will be before I have my own working computer. Hopefully it will only be a week or less.

In the meantime:
I managed to finish some repair jobs - fun times (not really.)
I did get two blocks done in my buck a block BOM.
I am hoping to get the other little seal finished - the paper-pieced one.
I have a swap to complete - twenty bulls eye blocks.
I also have a quilt on the go that really needs me to spend some quality time with so that is what will be keeping me busy - along with all the other UFOs.

I will be taking photos so that I will have some colour to show you upon my return.
See ya.

Hi Dolores,

funny you should say that your computer is dead.
Mine did the same thing kept turning off all the time.
I am using my daughters while mine is in getting repaired.
I miss mine, all the photos and files and things.

I hope you get yours back soon.
Enjoy your week
Hugs

Hi Dolores,
I would miss my computer so much if it stopped working it becomes
part of my daily routine!
Thank you for visiting my blog and in answer to your question, I have stitched on to wool blanket with no backing.
I hope you get your computer back soon.
Best wishes

Oh no, so sorry to hear that your computer went kaput! I would go crazy if anything happened to my computer, I'd be so lost without it! lol Sounds like you have a lot of sewing projects to do so maybe it is a good thing that you can't use your computer!!!! hehe

I haven't had a chance to look into those quilting courses but I will! Thank you so much for doing the research for me, it's very much appreciated:-) xoxo

It sounds like an epidemic... my computer died this week, too! I'm making do by borrowing from my daughter. Hopefully, we'll all be back up and running soon!

I hope you get your computer sorted soon. When you become the absolute blogger you feel so lost without the computer dont you, like a missing watch or a clock. I cant wait to see your projects what you are working on once you get some photos up.

Sorry to hear of your comp problems! What a pain! Inconvenience and all...
Sounds like you are keeping yourself well busy though. I look forward to your photos... 8-)
I too have many a UFO calling out to me... big sigh... Everyone in my groups keep inviting me to take classes with them or do new BOMs and Mysteries, but I keep telling them I have enough in my sewing room I am not keeping up with, don't need more... lol! One day I will be caught up! 8-)
Happy stitchings and have a great weekend!

Sorry to hear about the computers problems, Dolores.

I use Safari too but am not experiencing your same problems. Perhaps you have a computer virus of some kind?

Hope things can get fixed for your computer!
